Influencer Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To work with WOM Media, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have full control over your social media accounts
• Be able to enter into binding legal agreements
• Accurately represent your follower counts, engagement rates, and other metrics

2. Influencer Obligations

By working with WOM Media, you agree to:

• Create and publish content according to the campaign brief, brand guidelines, and deadlines
• Clearly disclose paid partnerships and sponsored content per FTC, ASA, or relevant legal advertising guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent behavior (e.g. buying followers, fake engagement)
• Only use original or authorized content (no copyright violations)
• Maintain professionalism and refrain from posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

3. Content Ownership & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant WOM Media and the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and promote the content on digital platforms in relation to the campaign
• Any content delivered for campaigns must remain live for a minimum period (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified)

4. Compensation

• Payment terms, rates, and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon before each campaign
• Payments are typically processed within [X] days after completion and approval of deliverables
• You are responsible for your own taxes and any applicable declarations related to income earned

5. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose campaign details, brand strategies, compensation, or any other confidential information shared with you by WOM Media or the client.

6. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of WOM Media. Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.

7. Termination

WOM Media reserves the right to terminate your participation in any campaign at any time if you violate these Terms, breach the agreement, or engage in behavior that could harm the brand or agency's reputation.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

We strive to run campaigns ethically and professionally but cannot be held liable for actions of third-party clients or platform issues beyond our control. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOM Media from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
